The room was clean enough, but there was still some dust here and there. It wasn’t terrible, just not as fresh as I’d hoped.

The staff were really friendly and smiled a lot, which I definitely appreciated. I do have a decent standard when it comes to service, though, and it felt a little slow and unorganized at times. Nothing was majorly wrong, but it didn’t really stand out either. Overall, it was an okay experience...

Overall, it was a good stay. The amenities were nice and that kind of made things feel convenient. The pool was great, but it did get busy at times. The wifi was okay, not amazing, but fine for basic stuff.

I booked through dusit.com and the whole process was straightforward. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and overall there weren’t any real problems during the stay.
That said, maybe it’s just me, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. Breakfast and the extra costs felt on the expensive side, and the room was fine but not anything special. It wasn’t a bad stay at all, I just felt the value could have been a little better.

We had dinner at Dusit and, to be honest, the food ended up being one of the things we remembered most from the stay. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, the coffee was actually decent, and the Thai dishes tasted fresh rather than feeling like standard hotel food.

The restaurant staff were friendly and quick too, which made things easy. We ended up going back a couple of times instead of trying too hard to find somewhere else, so that probably says enough. I’d happily eat there again...

I tried to book and my payment failed twice, which was really frustrating. I reached out to support, but they sorta just never helped me get it sorted out

I don’t know, the service at dusit was disappointing for me. Replies took longer than I expected, and when I did get answers, they were kind of vague. It felt like I kept getting sent from one person to another without anyone really helping. For the price, I just expected a bit more basic care, or at least clearer communication. Left feeling annoyed, and I probably wouldn’t book again.

The location was definitely the best part — close to shops and easy enough to get around. But the stay didn’t really feel worth what I paid. It kind of felt like the nicer parts were highlighted more than the things you’d actually want to know beforehand. Even dusit.com wasn’t very helpful when I tried to quickly check details. Not the worst experience, but for the price, I expected a lot better.
